Learn about Cape Town’s rich heritage while riding from the vibrant Waterfront to the bustling inner city, getting up close and personal with the city and its inhabitants. From the historic city centre, we cycle into the colourful Bo-Kaap and the only way to truly experience this area is to taste Cape Malay cuisine. Then we make our way towards Green Point before heading back to the Waterfront along the Atlantic Seaboard.
The tour includes bicycles of various sizes, helmets, bottled water and Cape Malay taster (except on Sundays)

Our guided tour combines the old and the new of Cape Town’s urban landscape, with visits to The Castle of Good Hope, Adderley Street, The Company Gardens, St. George’s Mall and Green Point. In the Bo-Kaap we stop at a local lady home to taste Cape Malay cuisine (subject to availability)
We visit the Green Point Stadium, the impressive built sports venue that co-hosted the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The newly landscaped Green Point Biodiversity Eco-Park is a must-see for green enthusiasts and The Green Point Lighthouse happens to be the oldest working lighthouse in South Africa!

Please wear comfortable clothes with closed shoes suitable for cycling for approx 15km. Don’t wear or bring valuables such as flashy/valuable/ jewellery or clothing and handbags.
